Frequently Asked Questions
Everything buyers usually want to know before booking an inspection. If your question isn't listed, call us on +971 54 409 3009.
What is a pre-purchase car inspection?
A pre-purchase car inspection is a detailed evaluation of a used vehicle before you buy it. It helps you understand the car's actual condition, identify hidden problems, and avoid unexpected repair expenses.
Why is a car inspection important when buying a used car in the UAE?
Used cars can hide accident repairs, flood damage, odometer tampering or mechanical faults that are invisible during a short viewing. On average our 600-point inspection uncovers AED 3,000 - 5,000 worth of hidden repairs.
What makes our mobile inspection a user-first inspection?
We work for you, not the seller. The inspection is independent, happens wherever the car is, and ends with a clear same-day report so you can decide or negotiate with facts.
Do you inspect the car at the seller's location?
Yes. Our inspectors come to the car, whether it is parked at a home, office or showroom, anywhere across the 7 emirates. No need to move the vehicle or convince the seller.
How does your car inspection process work?
Book a date and time, we come to the car, our inspector performs the 600-point check including a computer diagnostic scan and a test drive, and you receive a detailed digital report with photos.
How long does a car inspection usually take?
A comprehensive inspection typically takes about 60 minutes on site, and the digital report follows the same day.
What does the 600-point car inspection include?
Engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension, tyres and rims, AC, electrical systems, battery, body and paint, underbody, interior, accident and flood signs, odometer checks and more. See the What We Check page for the full detail.
Do you perform a test drive during the inspection?
Yes. The Comprehensive package includes a continuous test drive so we can assess real-world performance, noises, gear shifting and handling.
Do you use diagnostic tools during inspection?
Yes. We run a computer (OBD/ECU) diagnostic scan, use a paint thickness gauge to detect repainted panels, and verify the VIN.
Will I receive a same-day digital inspection report?
Yes. You receive a detailed PDF report with photos, PASS/FAIL findings for each system and the inspector's comments on the same day.
Are the inspection reports easy to understand for non-technical buyers?
Yes. Every item is marked PASS, FAIL or N/A, defects are shown with photos and plain-language notes, and a summary chart shows the overall condition at a glance.
Are your remote car inspection reports independent and unbiased?
Yes. We are paid by the buyer only, never by the seller or dealer, and we have no interest in the sale going through.
Which areas do you cover for car inspection services in the UAE?
We cover all 7 emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah.
Do I need to take the car to a garage for inspection?
No. We bring the full inspection to wherever the car is parked.
How much does a car inspection cost?
The Standard inspection is AED 299 and the Comprehensive inspection is AED 399.
How can I book a car inspection?
Use the online booking form, call us on +971 54 409 3009 or message us on WhatsApp. We will confirm the time with you.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
No. If you cannot attend, we handle the inspection thoroughly and keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you provide advice after the inspection?
Yes. After you receive the report our team can walk you through the findings and help you decide whether to buy, negotiate or walk away.
